Amman, March 5-6, 2024 -
Professor Salah Aljbour, has recently participated in the 3rd NEXUS Conference:
"Green to Grow in Water, Energy, Food, Environment, and Solid Waste." Under the
esteemed patronage of His Highness Prince El Hassan Bin Talal, the conference
convened leading experts and stakeholders to deliberate on pressing
environmental challenges and sustainable solutions. Held on March 5-6, 2024, in
Amman, the event featured a series of dynamic sessions, including lectures and
panel discussions. Professor Aljbour actively engaged in discussions
surrounding the critical Water-Energy-Food-Environment (WEFE) Nexus Ambition,
emphasizing its necessity for Jordan's sustainable development. The conference
involved lectures and panel discussions on Integrated Landfill Management,
Composting, Recycling and Business Models, Resources Recovery, and the urgent
need for Green Hydrogen.
