Prof. Salah Aljbour, faculty member at the College of Engineering, Mutah University, participated in the specialized training course titled:

"Design and Operation of Constructed Wetlands",

held at the IHE Delft Institute for Water Education in the Netherlands during the period 6–11 April 2025, as part of the activities of the internationally funded project SafeAgroMENA.

This participation reflects Mutah University’s strong commitment to sustainable development in the water and agriculture sectors, being an active partner in the SafeAgroMENA project, which aims to promote the safe reuse of treated wastewater in agriculture across the MENA region.

​Prof. Aljbour is a key member of the project’s research team. He has significantly contributed to developing the curriculum of an advanced training program, and has supervised several master's theses related to the safe reuse of treated water in irrigation, highlighting his dedication to applied research and capacity building in this critical field.
