The Department of Architecture hosted Urban Planning Engineer Anwar Khweileh
via the Teams platform for two sequential lectures in November. The lectures
aimed to introduce third and fourth-year students to ArcGIS software. Through
these lectures, students were introduced to the concept of data linking to
geographic location and its increasing importance in various fields in recent
years. Students also learned, through direct application, the importance of
software in urban planning and architecture. On behalf of the College of
Engineering and the Department of Architecture, we thank Engineer Anwar for the
time and effort she devoted to sharing her knowledge with us.
